1. About zikimit

zikimit is an independent app development project publishing a collection of small utility tools and games, distributed via the Apple App Store (iOS) and as web applications on this site. This policy describes how the web version of zikimit services handles your information.

2. Scope

This policy covers:

• The homepage at zikimit.com
• All web applications served under zikimit.com (for example, /game_icon_kit/app/)
• Support and policy pages served under this domain

It does not cover third-party websites linked from this site, or the native iOS apps distributed via the App Store.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, certain information is received automatically when you visit. Specifically:

• Your IP address
• Your browser type, version, and language
• The operating system and device type you are using
• The pages you visit on this site and the time of each visit
• The referring URL (the page you came from, if applicable)

This information is processed by the hosting provider (see Section 5) and is used for security, debugging, and general traffic analysis. It is not combined with any personal identifier to identify you individually.

4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

A small number of browser storage mechanisms are used on this site. None of them store information that identifies you personally.

You can clear all of the above at any time from your browser's privacy settings. Doing so will reset any saved in-app data on this site.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Cloudflare Pages (hosting)

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, your IP address and request metadata are processed by Cloudflare for the purposes of serving the site, mitigating attacks, and producing aggregate analytics. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5.2 Google Fonts (fonts.gstatic.com)

Some web applications on this site use the Flutter framework, which fetches font files from Google's font CDN (fonts.gstatic.com) to render text correctly in your browser's language. When this happens, Google receives your IP address and user-agent string. Google states that font requests are not logged with cookies and are not used for advertising. 5.3 Google AdSense (advertising)

Advertisements may be displayed on this site using Google AdSense. When AdSense is active on a page, Google and its third-party advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites. See Section 6 for details, including how to opt out.

5.4 Google Forms (contact form)

The contact form linked from this site is hosted on Google Forms. When you submit the form, your responses are stored in Google's infrastructure. Google may also collect technical information about your visit to the form (such as IP address and browser type). See Google's Privacy Policy.

5.5 Domain availability checks (RDAP)

Some web applications on this site (such as Brand Name Check) check whether a domain name is available. To do this, the brand name or username you enter is combined with a domain ending and sent through a server-side proxy on this site to third-party RDAP (Registration Data Access Protocol) services — namely rdap.org (an IANA-bootstrap relay) and the relevant domain registry's own RDAP endpoint. Only the domain name being checked is sent; it is used solely to look up availability and is not stored or logged by zikimit. Social platform handles are not sent anywhere — those links simply open each platform's public profile page in your browser, where you check the handle yourself.

6. Advertising

6.1 Use of Google AdSense

zikimit may use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC. AdSense uses cookies and similar identifiers in your browser to:

• Serve ads that may be relevant to your interests
• Limit the number of times you see a given ad
• Measure ad performance and detect invalid traffic

6.2 Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads

Depending on your region and consent status, you may be shown either personalized ads (based on your interests) or non-personalized ads (based on the page content and your approximate location only).

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may be presented with a consent banner before personalized ads are shown. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time using the same banner.

6.3 How to Opt Out

You can opt out of personalized advertising by Google and many of its partners using these tools:

• YourAdChoices (DAA, US)
• Your Online Choices (EDAA, EU)

Opting out does not remove ads entirely — it only stops them from being personalized to you.

7. How Information Is Used

The information described above is used solely to:

• Deliver the site and its web applications to you
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security issues
• Understand general usage patterns at an aggregate level
• Display advertising, where applicable (see Section 6)

zikimit does not sell your personal information. zikimit does not share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. Data Retention

• Hosting-level logs are retained according to Cloudflare's standard retention practices.
• Cookies are retained according to each provider's policy and your browser settings.
• Data stored in your browser's Local Storage, IndexedDB, or Service Worker cache persists until you clear it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding your personal data:

• EEA / UK (GDPR): right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
• California (CCPA / CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. zikimit does not sell personal information.
• Other jurisdictions: equivalent rights as provided by local law.

10. Children's Privacy

zikimit's services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). No personal information is knowingly collected from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, please use the contact page so it can be addressed.

11. International Data Transfers

Because globally distributed services are used (Cloudflare, Google), your data may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States. These providers maintain their own safeguards for international data transfers; please refer to their privacy policies linked above.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, for example when new services or third-party providers are added, or when legal requirements change.
